Who is the Solidate Debt Relief service suitable for?

Solidate Debt Relief is suitable for individuals who are over-indebted and need help managing their debts. Having enforcement actions or payment default marks is not an obstacle to debt restructuring. This service is appropriate if you have a steady income, the total debt to be restructured is between 5,000 and 50,000 euros, and your debt mainly consists of unsecured consumer loans. You can find out if this solution is right for you by answering a few questions before taking the financial test.

How long does the process take?

The restructuring process typically takes about two months. The loan repayment period is usually between 3 and 6 years, depending on your individual situation.

Is a payment default mark or enforcement action an obstacle to the restructuring?

No, payment default marks or enforcement actions are not obstacles to debt restructuring. Solidate can help you find a solution that fits your situation, even if you are in enforcement.

How is the repayment amount determined?

The repayment amount is based on your financial situation. Your debts are consolidated into a single loan, and the repayment amount is calculated in a way that ensures you can manage it with your income.

Which debts can be excluded from the restructuring?

Typically, all unsecured debts, such as credit card debt and consumer loans, are included in the restructuring. Secured loans (such as student loans, mortgages, etc.) are excluded from the restructuring.

How does the service work?

The process starts with a free financial test that does not commit you to anything. Based on the test, you will receive a personalized solution suggestion. If the recommendation is for debt restructuring, you can choose to proceed directly to filling out the application. Once you submit your application, we will process it within a few business days and contact you via email.

Can I decide myself whether to go ahead with the restructuring?

Yes, the final decision to participate in the restructuring is always yours. We offer support and advice, but you decide how you want to manage your debt situation. We always recommend the most suitable and financially sensible option, even if it is a solution other than the debt restructuring we offer.

Is the service paid?

The financial test is free and does not bind you to anything. The application for debt restructuring and the associated debt assessment are also free of charge. If the restructuring does not proceed for any reason, we will not charge you anything. If the restructuring is possible, we will provide you with the exact loan terms and a separate loan agreement. The interest rate for the restructuring loan is a maximum of 8.9% (the effective annual interest rate is a maximum of 9.92%). When you repay the loan according to the payment plan, we will pay you a seed fund that reduces the actual annual interest rate.

What happens if I cannot follow the payment plan?

If you are unable to follow the payment plan, we will contact you and reassess the situation. Our goal is to support you, and we will help adjust the payment plan if necessary.

How does the service improve company productivity and employee well-being?

The Solidate Debt Relief service helps employees relieve financial worries, which supports their well-being at work. This, in turn, reduces absences and improves productivity while also strengthening your company's image as a responsible employer.

Factors that prevent restructuring

We are generally unable to restructure debts exceeding 50,000 euros. Other factors that may prevent restructuring include:

• Inadequate ability to repay the total debt within the set time frame. Unfortunately, it is not possible to restructure only part of high-interest loans.
• More than 10,000 euros worth of easily sellable and/or low-debt assets (e.g., investment properties, valuable vehicles, vacation homes, savings, and investments)
• The debt to be restructured mainly consists of the following types of debts:
• Jointly held consumer loans
• Tax debt
• Rent arrears
• Unpaid bills
• Fines or other legal debts
• Business debt
• The above debts do not directly prevent restructuring, but your debt should primarily consist of unsecured consumer loans.

• Your situation is "too good": you can still manage repayments and possibly pay off the entire debt in a few years. The Solidate restructuring service is intended for over-indebted individuals whose ability to repay does not cover the current debt repayments.
• You are not willing to cut back on unnecessary spending such as vacations, expensive hobbies, saving, and investing.
• We do not receive the necessary additional information or attachments from you to process the application.
